Research

I have been interested in knowledge management since I decided to start my studies at Lappeenranta university of technology. During my studies I also deepened my knowledge about innovation management. Because I believe that organization's success is mostly dependent on people it has I found myself studying also social sciences. Close to knowledge management issues are social capital, networking and collaboration, information technology tools and value of knowledge or data an organization has.

My master's thesis was named The emergence of a digital content business and communication cluster and its success factors. This thesis was superviced by professor Marko Torkkeli who works for the Kouvola unit of Lappeenranta university of technology. My thesis consists of interviews, statistics and benchmarking.

Nowadays I am also interested in change management, creativity and how one can make people to work towards same goal and success. I do a lot to become a better project manager - I read scientific articles of project management, case studies and key factors of high performance projects.
